Eligibility and Age Restriction

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

fbazze reserves the right to investigate any activity that appears to violate these obligations. Where a violation is confirmed or reasonably suspected, fbazze may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; withhold or confiscate account balances; void open bets or recent transactions; report the activity to relevant financial or law enforcement authorities; and pursue civil or criminal remedies available under applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All content available on the fbazze platform — including but not limited to the fbazze name, logo, brand identity, website design, user interface elements, typography, graphics, promotional materials, game thumbnails, written copy, and any software underlying the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of fbazze or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
fbazze grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: (a) reproduce or distribute any platform content; (b) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any platform content; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform; (d) remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or labels; or (e) use any platform content in connection with any commercial activity without express written authorisation from fbazze.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbazze, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the fbazze platform, even if fbazze has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
fbazze's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your fbazze account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit fbazze's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. fbazze is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and transparently.
